Stir-fried Shredded Pork with Garlic Stalks

Ingredients: dried garlic, stalks, lean meat, red pepper, ginger, chicken, salt, vegetable oil, fresh starch, beer sesame oil

Tips:
When frying the garlic sprouts, if they are too dry, add a little water and stir-fry the garlic sprouts together. It is not easy to add salt. Pickling the garlic sprouts with salt in advance will reduce the frying time and keep the taste crisp and tender.
