Fragrant---roasted Shrimp with Rosemary

Wash the live shrimp and cut out the mud sausage from the back.

Take a container, add shrimp, rosemary, ground sea salt, crushed pepper, drizzle in olive oil, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

Place the marinated shrimp on the grill pan and drizzle with lemon juice.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, and roast it for 15-20 minutes before taking it out.
Tips:
Sea salt is sold in supermarkets and spice wholesale markets; rosemary is sold in western food spice cabinets in major supermarkets. If you don't have it, you can omit it, or use cumin or other spices instead.
