Free Sour Plum Soup

1. Wash ebony, licorice, hawthorn, and stubby, soak in 500 grams of water for 30 minutes.

2. Wash the roselle for use.

3. Put all the ingredients in the pot, boil, turn to medium heat and cook for 30 minutes.

4. Remove the medicinal materials and add ice cubes to drink. You can also keep them in the refrigerator and take them out when you want to drink~

Tips:

The cold water pot with rock sugar is not easy to make the soup taste. If you remember that there is no sugar after it is cooked, you can replace it with borneol sugar or brown sugar.
