French Custard

First scrape the vanilla seeds from the vanilla sticks, put them in a pot and heat them with the fresh milk, then scoop up the vanilla sticks.

Put the granulated sugar, low-gluten flour, and corn flour into a container, sieve and mix well, add egg yolk and mix well.

Method 1 Add in Method 2 and stir in a pot until it boils and bubbling. Finally, add softened butter and mix well.
