French Fruit Jelly

Soak the fish film in cold water to soften

Add 100ml juice to 80g sugar in a non-stick pan on low heat until the sugar melts or heat in the microwave
3.
Add a small glass of lemon juice
4.
Add fish film and stir until completely melted
5.
Put it in the mold and put it in the refrigerator for two hours
6.
The unmolded candies are coated with caster sugar

Fish film cannot be reduced at will
