French Grilled Brulee

After standing for ten minutes, put the baking bowl into the baking dish filled with warm water. Put it in the oven, middle level, up and down, 170 degrees, about 25 minutes. The specific time depends on the size of the container. It is subject to the solidification of the Bule liquid and the formation of focal spots on the surface. After cooling, put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours, the taste is best
