Ingredients

Fresh and Original Egg Custard

1. Beat a raw egg into a bowl

2. Chopped chives and set aside

3. Add a little salt, chicken powder, and mix well

4. Pour in cold boiled water and continue to stir evenly.

5. After the egg mixture is evenly stirred, sprinkle with chopped chives

6. Cover with a layer of plastic wrap

7. Put it on the steamer and steam it, five minutes after the water boils, take it out of the pot

8. The steamed plain egg custard is ready to serve. You can order some fresh soy sauce according to your personal taste. Because it is for the baby, I did not add fresh soy sauce in order to reduce the baby’s sodium intake👧
