Sweet Egg Soup
1.
Boil 1/3 of the water first. Because my family doesn't have a small pot for boiling milk, I can only use this pot.
2.
When the water is boiled, put the sugar first.
3.
After putting the sugar, stir it with chopsticks and add the eggs.
4.
Cook for another 2 minutes or so, then you can pour it into a bowl.
Tips:
1. If you like eggs, you can add an egg. Don't eat too many eggs at one time, it will cause high cholesterol and make it difficult to digest. (This is my personal opinion, not very professional)
2. I prefer to be too sweet, so I added half a spoon of sugar this time. If you like sweeter ones, you can add more sugar. I feel that the sweetness is just right this time, which is acceptable to me~
3. If there is a small pot for boiling milk at home, this is the best. It is not easy to stick to the pot and the eggs are not easy to fall apart.
4. Others lay the eggs first and then put the sugar, but I want to make the soup sweet first, so that the eggs will be more tasty when laid.
5. If you like poached eggs, don't move them after laying the eggs. If you like loose eggs, you can keep stirring them after laying them to make them crumble. (I would rather stick the pot than the egg, so my poached egg failed. This is why the pot is not deep enough.)
