Fresh Burrito

Remove the outer skin of the corn, and then use a grater to wipe the corn kernels into corn syrup. You can also use a knife to trim the corn kernels and then use a blender to make corn syrup.

Beat the eggs into the corn syrup and mix well. I used two very small dumb eggs. If you use larger eggs, you can no longer add water or increase the amount of flour.

Put the flour into the corn syrup and mix well to form a slightly fluid batter. You can adjust the consistency with water

Add chopped green onion, salt and pepper powder and mix well to form a corn batter

Put a little vegetable oil in the pan, turn the handle to spread the oil evenly over the bottom of the pan, then use a spoon for eating to scoop a large spoonful of batter into the pan and spread it out into small round cakes with the bottom of the spoon. Make a few

Fry on low heat until the side that is flushed starts to solidify, turn it over, and then fry both sides and it will be fine.
