Fresh Corn Carrot Juice

The ingredients are corn, carrot slices and carrots which I steamed beforehand

Put the corn in a pot of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. The corn kernels are easier to peel

Add fresh water to the ingredients. PS When using a juicer to squeeze, you must use cold water, not hot water, otherwise it will damage the machine.

Pour the squeezed corn and carrot paste into the pot and add the appropriate amount of corn soup, stir well and filter. It is fine if you don’t filter it, but it tastes rough.
