Fresh corn is rich in vitamin E, and cellulose has good effects on skin and blood vessels. Regular consumption can enhance people's physical strength and endurance, stimulate gastrointestinal motility, clear intestines and aid digestion, increase appetite, and beautify skin."

Fresh Corn Carrot Juice

1. The ingredients are corn, carrot slices and carrots which I steamed beforehand

2. Put the corn in a pot of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. The corn kernels are easier to peel

3. Cooked and peeled the corn kernels

4. Put in the right amount of corn kernels and carrots

5. Add fresh water to the ingredients. PS When using a juicer to squeeze, you must use cold water, not hot water, otherwise it will damage the machine.

6. The squeezed juice should be called goo

7. Add boiled corn water to dilute

8. Pour the squeezed corn and carrot paste into the pot and add the appropriate amount of corn soup, stir well and filter. It is fine if you don’t filter it, but it tastes rough.

9. Put it on the fire and boil again

10. Just boil the pot

11. Finished product

12. It's not sugary and sweet

Tips:

You can omit it if you don’t want to filter, but it’s better to pass it a bit.
