Fresh Corn Pudding

Ingredients: 400g fresh corn kernels, 1 egg, 50g sugar, 130g flour, 3g dry yeast, 1/2 tsp baking powder

Pour the corn kernels and eggs into the food processor and beat them.

Add sugar and continue to beat.

Into thick corn steep liquor.

Pour into a bowl, add flour, dry yeast, baking powder, and stir.

Into a thick paste. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment.

Tips:
The amount of flour should be increased or decreased according to the condition of the batter.
When putting the fermented batter into the mold, be careful not to make the bubbles disappear completely, so as not to affect the bulkiness.
The amount of sugar can be adjusted according to your own taste.
