Fresh Eggplant Salmon

Remove the scales of the salmon, wipe off the water, coat it with a thin layer of salt and pepper, and marinate for more than one hour.

Pour olive oil into the pan and fry the marinated salmon over medium heat.

Fry on one side until golden brown and turn over the other side, add ginger slices and fry together.

After both sides are golden brown, serve it out and set aside.

Continue to use the original oil pan to pour the cut tomatoes and stir fry.
