Fresh Fish with Silver Sprout Eggs

Materials are ready. Cut the fish into thin strips, remove the roots of the mung bean sprouts, cut the leeks three centimeters long, and beat the eggs well.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot to heat up, add garlic slices and green onions to sauté.
