1.
Pea peas are peeled and rinsed with water and drained
2.
Cut the pork tenderloin into small diced pork about 1cm, add cooking wine and starch, marinate for 10 minutes, and stir-fry in an oil pan until 8 is ripe.
3.
Leave a little oil in the wok, add small peas and stir fry a few times over medium heat, add a small bowl of water, boil and simmer until the peas are cooked
4.
Add the diced meat, add sugar and salt (you can add some fresh vegetables) and stir well
5.
Take a teaspoon of starch and add a little water to make a thin water starch thicken
6.
Stir-fry for a while and then cut in chopped green onion
Tips:
Buy fresh peas and peel them before cooking, otherwise the skin of the beans will become dry over time, and they won't be so tender. The cooked small peas must be thickened, so that the soup is wrapped on each small peas, which is more delicious. Although legumes are delicious, you can't overdose them.
