Fresh Yam Sweet Potato Syrup

Peel the yam and sweet potatoes and cut into chunks. (It is best to wear gloves when peeling yam to prevent itchy hands)

Soak the snow fungus a few hours in advance, remove the stalk, and cut into small pieces

Put snow fungus, yam and sweet potatoes in the pot, add water

Add ginger slices

Cover the pot, turn to a low heat and cook for 30 minutes after the high heat is boiled. (Stir it in the middle to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pan)

Add rock sugar in the last 5 minutes
7.
Just boil and melt
