Fried Beef with Onion

The beef is frozen and thinly sliced.

Thinly slice the onion.

Put a little starch and cooking wine in the beef, mix it evenly, pour a little vegetable oil and mix well before putting it in the pot. After this treatment, the beef slices are fresh and not sticky.

Pour a proper amount of oil into the wok, stir-fry the onion for a while until it becomes slightly soft.

Pull the onion steak aside, put the beef slices into the pan, and quickly scatter it to prevent adhesion.

All the beef slices are discolored and mixed with onions. Sprinkle salt and soy sauce and stir evenly. Sprinkle a little chopped green onion to add color and fragrance.

Tips:
1. After the beef is frozen, cut it into even thin slices; because it needs to be put in a hot pot, mix a little vegetable oil before putting the beef into the pot to prevent adhesion;
2. Onions can be eaten raw, so you can fry them until they become slightly soft, or pull them to the side of the pot like I am lazy.
