Fried Black Pepper Octopus
1.
I bought frozen hairtail, thawed naturally
2.
Wash and cut into sections about 7 cm in length
3.
Add salt, pepper, and crushed black pepper
4.
Add rice wine
5.
Mix well and marinate for half an hour
6.
Before frying, put an appropriate amount into a plastic bag and grab a handful of dried starch
7.
Leave enough air in the plastic bag, tighten the mouth, and then shake the plastic bag up and down
8.
After shaking, the surface of the hairtail is evenly covered with a layer of dry starch, and it can be easily covered with powder without having to start.
9.
The oil is 50% hot, if it is fried until the surface turns yellow. When you eat, return to the frying pan and quickly fry until golden.
10.
When it's fried, it's hot and sprinkle a little black pepper to enjoy.
Tips:
This method of frying is to dip powder instead of paste, just dip a thin layer of starch on the surface.
