Fried Braised Pork

Half-fat and half-lean pork thighs are roasted, washed and rinsed.

Boil in old brine for 20 minutes. (If you don’t have old brine, you can buy your own brine at the supermarket and add it to boil)

Remove and drain.

Cut into pieces of meat.

Wash green peppers and garlic sprouts and cut into sections. Wash the ginger and smash it.

Turn on high heat, put a small amount of salad oil in the wok, and heat. Add old ginger and stir fry to create a fragrance.

Add meat slices and stir fry, sauté.

Add green peppers and garlic sprouts, stir fry for 1 minute, turn off the heat. Add a small amount of salt and chicken essence and mix well.

On the plate, the stewed fragrant is rich. The fat but not greasy deliciousness is ready.
