Fried Cabbage
1.
Wash the cabbage and cut into sections.
2.
The garlic is flattened and chopped.
3.
Hot pot will explode the fat pork out of oil.
4.
Stir until the meat is golden brown, add garlic and saute.
5.
Add the cabbage and stir fry.
6.
Stir-fry until the cabbage becomes soft and add salt to taste.
7.
Season the chicken essence before serving.
8.
Finished product.
