Fried Chicken Nuggets Salad

Remove the bones of the chicken legs, cut off the ribs inside and cut into small pieces for later use. Put chopped garlic, minced ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce and starch into the chicken. Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes for later use.

Salad dressing, ketchup and condensed milk are put together.

Mix well and set aside.

Put a little oil in the pan and fry the chicken until it is charred on the outside and tender on the inside. (Of course, you can also use deep frying. Less frying can make the chicken absorb less oil and taste healthier.)
