Fried Chicken Wing Root

Wash the roots of the chicken wings with clean water and set them on a plate for later use.

Pour half of the fried chicken powder on the roots of the chicken wings and stir well.

Fried chicken noodles are generally available in supermarkets.

Marinate the roots of the chicken wings for about 20 minutes.

Put the marinated chicken wing roots into a pressure cooker and steam for five minutes. (You can also use a steamer) This can shorten the frying time

Pour the remaining half-pack of fried chicken powder into the steamed chicken wings roots. Coat the roots of the chicken wings with powder.

Pour an appropriate amount of blended oil into the pan, shake the fried powder on the roots of the chicken wings lightly, and fry it in the pan. The oil temperature should be burned to 120 to 150 degrees. Stir the roots of chicken wings more in the oil pan.

Wash the Chinese cabbage and drain the water for later use. Place the fried chicken wings on top of the Chinese cabbage leaves. Pour the tomato sauce on the seasoning dish.
