Fried Clams with Green Onion and Ginger

Soak the clams in light salt water for ten minutes in advance to remove the sand from the clams! Wash

Cut green onion and ginger into strips, cut red pepper into strips

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add the clams and blanch until the clams open

Tips:
If the clams are free of mud and sand, they can be stir-fried without blanching. The dead clams we buy here are inside. If the clams are not blanched and the dead are not picked out, the dish will be reimbursed.
