Fried Clams with Red Pepper

Shred ginger, green onion and red pepper; raise clams in water and spit in sand; after the oil is hot, add ginger, green onion and red pepper and saute until fragrant; wash clams and control dry

Put the clams in the pot and stir fry; add some broth; cover and bring to a boil

Take out the open clams; add water starch to the juice to thicken the juice; add light soy sauce to the juice to taste; pour the juice on the clams.
