Fried Cocoon Pupae with Chives

Wash the cocoon pupae, peel off the chives and wash them.

Cut green onion into pieces, shred ginger, and slice garlic.

Put the cocoon pupa in a pot and stir it on low heat.

Put it in the frying again.

After the water in the pot is dry, add the onion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant. Continue to stir fry.

Add the chives and stir fry.

Season with salt.

Tips:
1. I didn't blanch the cocoon pupae this time. They were dried and fried until they tasted good.
