Fried Dried Squid with Osmanthus

Ingredients, shredded shiitake mushrooms, cut celery, dried squid in the refrigerator in advance, soak slowly overnight.

Dried squid sprinkle and shred the outer membrane.

The cut shredded squid is slightly blanched and then drained.

Heat up the oil and saute shredded shiitake mushrooms first.
