Fried Dumplings

Add the leek and egg filling, then add a whole shrimp.

Wrapped dumplings.
3.
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the non-stick pan.

Code the dumplings and start to fry them over medium and small fire.

Fry until the bottom of the dumplings becomes hard and golden brown.

Add appropriate amount of water, the amount of water is two-thirds of the height of the dumplings.

Cover the lid and fry the dumplings over a medium-to-small heat. About ten minutes or so.

When the water is almost dry, add an appropriate amount of oil and continue frying on low heat.

Tips:
When frying, watch it carefully. When the water is almost dry, lift the lid and add some oil before frying. The time for frying in water is about ten minutes for the vegetarian stuffing, and fifteen minutes for the meat stuffing.
