Fried Dumplings

The leftover steamed dumplings are ready.

Pour vegetable oil from the pot, turn the pot a few times to spread the oil evenly on the bottom of the pot.

Heat the oil pan slightly, turn the heat to low, add the dumplings, don’t turn over for now.
4.
After about three or four minutes, turn over and fry for a while, then turn over frequently to avoid dumplings.
5.
Fry until the surface of the dumplings is slightly yellow and crispy.
Tips:
Do not have water on the surface of the fried dumplings, otherwise the oil will collapse.
