Put oil in the pot and brush evenly.

Place the dumplings.
3.
Fry on low heat until the bottom is slightly charred.
4.
Put in cold water that is half of the dumplings, cover, turn on high heat, and cook for 3 minutes after the water is boiled.
5.
Add another small bowl of cold water.
6.
Continue to cook until the water is dry.
7.
Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and serve.
