Fried Dumplings

Put the wrapped dumplings on a plate for later use;

Hot oil

Stack the dumplings one by one in a frying pan;
4.
Put a little flour in a bowl, add water and stir evenly;
5.
Pour the adjusted batter water into the pot until it is less than half the height of the dumplings;
6.
Cover the pot and bring it to a high heat to medium and small heat;
7.
When the sailor is dry, turn off the heat, there is only oil left in the pot to fry the dumplings.
8.
Turn the dumplings over and fry for a while to turn off the heat and serve them on a plate.
