Fried Dumplings with Black Pepper and Green Onion

Prepare a frozen dumpling and chives.

Heat an electric pan, add a proper amount of salad oil, and place the frozen dumplings in it.

Cover and fry for about two minutes.

Fry until the bottom of the dumplings are crispy and fragrant.

Then add an appropriate amount of water, with the dumpling half full as the standard.

Fry until the juice is collected, then add the appropriate amount of chives.

The pepper powder is added according to personal preference. My family likes it very much.

It's cold and warm with some black pepper.
