Fried Dumplings with Ice Flower

Prepare fresh dumplings, cornstarch and cooking oil;

Heat a pan, pour in cooking oil, add dumplings;

Cover the pot and fry on low heat until slightly yellow;

Uncover the lid, flip and continue frying;
5.
This is cooked on both sides, and golden;

The ratio of cornstarch to water starch is 1:3. The ratio of cornstarch to water is very important. Again, the ratio of cornstarch to water is 1:3.

Pour into the pan and fry until ice flower-like, and just lift the pan.

It’s delicious, it’s pretty, remember to save one for yourself, otherwise, like me, you have to fry three pots to grab one to eat.
Tips:
1. Use low heat when frying dumplings;
2. The lid is easy to cook, and the whole dumplings are cooked quickly, not only the contact surface;
3. The dumplings should be fried until slightly yellow;
4. The ratio of water to starch is 1:3. (This is the secret)
