Fried Dumplings with Ice Flower

Prepare the ingredients

Pour water, white vinegar, cooking oil and cornstarch into a bowl and stir well
3.
After the nonstick pan is heated, drip a little rapeseed oil
4.
Put the dumplings in order
5.
Fry on medium heat until the bottom is slightly browned
6.
Pour in the adjusted cornstarch water, not past the bottom of the dumplings
7.
Cover and turn to medium heat for simmering
8.
Fry until the starch evaporates, becomes dry, and turns off the heat
Tips:
1. Dumplings: ready-made, frozen, or cooked
2. The ratio of water to corn starch is 10:1, not more than 13:1 at most
3. Add vinegar and cooking oil to make the ice flower more complete and bright
