Wakame 3g/ 2 eggs 60g bean sprouts/ 4g wolfberry Accessories: oil, fresh mushroom powder, salt
2.
Pour the wakame into warm water, soak for 5 minutes, take out and cut into small pieces suitable for children to chew.
3.
Boil the bean sprouts in a pot of boiling water, and remove them after they are cooked thoroughly.
4.
Heat the pan with oil, beat 1 to 2 eggs, fry on low heat until the bottom is set, and then turn it over.
*If the baby drinks it by himself, you will fry one, and if you drink it with the baby, you will fry two.
5.
Continue to fry until both sides are slightly yellow, and add appropriate amount of hot water to the pot.
6.
Add the wakame cut into small pieces and cook for about 2 minutes.
7.
Add blanched bean sprouts, and add a little home-made wolfberry or dried cranberry to taste.
8.
Finally, add half a spoon of fresh mushroom powder and salt to enhance the flavor, and stir well.
*For babies who accept the taste of natural ingredients, I suggest not adding seasonings. After all, the wakame is already very delicious when it is added to the soup.
9.
Put the fried egg wakame soup into a bowl, brave the heat, and smell delicious. It has been cooked once, and I want to make it countless times!
