Wakame Tofu Soup

Soak dried sea rice in advance.

Add water to the boiling pot and put the wakame.
3.
Add tofu.
4.
Add sea rice, salt, light soy sauce, and ginger.
5.
After the wakame is boiled, water starch is added.
6.
Cook until the soup is thick, turn off the heat, and pour a few drops of sesame oil.
7.
Tasty.
Tips:
Add a little cooking wine when the dried sea rice is soaked to remove the fishy.
