Pea and White Radish Miso Soup

Peel the radish and cut into thin slices.

Soak the wakame in water for 5 minutes.

Wash fresh peas.
4.
Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, add the white radish to boil, and cook for 6 or 7 minutes until the radish can be easily moved with chopsticks.

Add peas.

Add the wakame. Continue to cook for a few minutes until the peas are cooked.
7.
Put the miso sauce in a bowl, add some hot water in the pot and stir.
8.
Turn off the heat, add the miso and stir well.
9.
Bring to a boil again
