Fried Eggs with Clams

Wash the clam meat, minced garlic, minced ginger, and chopped green onion.

Beat the eggs into the plate, stir evenly with chopsticks, and add some salt.

Put the clams in hot oil, add garlic, and stir-fry ginger until fragrant. Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce to taste.

In another non-stick pan, heat oil, pour the egg liquid first, then spread the fried clam meat, then put the chopped green onion, wait until the bottom is solidified, turn it over and fry on top, repeat the frying twice.

Tips:
The clam meat needs to be fried and seasoned first. If it is not fried, it will not be easy to cook with the egg liquid.
