Leek Clam Meat

After washing the leeks, cut off the yellow tail, and then cut into sections.

Soak the clams in clean water for 15 minutes, then drain the water and set aside.

After boiling in a red pot, add ginger slices, peanut oil, and then add the clam meat and stir fry for 5 minutes.
4.
Add leeks and garlic, stir-fry, add appropriate amount of salt and tail oil to serve.
Tips:
The clam meat itself is a bit salty, so the salt should be smaller than usual.
