My family likes to drink soup, chicken soup, fish soup, winter melon soup, big bone soup, etc. Today this original version is called Korean seafood soup (no tofu), or Korean tofu soup (no seafood), I just put Combine them to call seafood tofu soup!

"seafood Tofu Soup"

1. Soak the shiitake mushrooms and white jade mushrooms in water,

2. Cut the tofu into pieces and set aside,

3. Shrimp, clam meat, sea rice soaked in water,

4. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onion, ginger, and sea rice, stir fry,

5. Spoon a spoonful of Korean chili paste and continue to stir fry,

6. Add a spoonful of minced chili, it should actually be chili noodles, but I can’t find it.

7. Add the broth after the taste is fried,

8. Put the tofu in and cook for a while, and the tofu will be boiled for a while! After cooking,

9. Put in shiitake mushrooms and white jade mushrooms,

10. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes,

11. Add shrimp and clam meat, and it will be ready in two minutes.

12. Season with abalone sauce, oyster sauce, and salt, sprinkle green onions and serve. Fried chicken with steamed buns and rice are delicious!

Tips:

Especially for soups and the like, it is impossible to give a specific amount. Please consider this according to your needs.
