Fried Eggs with Dried Radish
1.
This is the salty-flavored dried radish grown by my uncle in his hometown, dried and pickled by himself, which is very crisp and refreshing.
2.
Wash first and cut into strips vertically.
3.
And then finely dice it horizontally
4.
Soak in water for 3-5 minutes after cutting
5.
Beaten eggs
6.
In the pot, I use (electric cake mode) to preheat and put a proper amount of oil
7.
Soaked dried radishes squeeze out the excess water
8.
Put it in the pan (electric pancake) and stir dry. You can add a little more oil, because you will have to fry eggs later.
9.
Stir-fry until the radishes are dried and fragrant, and they are ready when they become slightly golden
10.
Shovel it out and put it in the egg bowl and mix well. This dried radish fried egg doesn't need any seasoning or oil. Dried radishes are salty, and enough oil has been added when the dried radishes have just been fried
11.
First put half of the egg batter and spread it out in the pan. When the egg liquid is solidified, it means it is cooked. Turn it over and fry it.
12.
Turn it over and fry for a while, don’t fry for too long, it will be easy to fry, because the dried radish is fragrant and the eggs will be cooked quickly.
