Super delicious dishes, but everyone’s taste is different. My husband thinks it doesn’t matter. I ate it after fried a plate. The taste is tough, especially chewy, and the dried radish is also special. The taste, in short, is very delicious.
Chinese medicine says: eat radish in winter and ginger in summer, and eat more radish in winter to supplement the nutrients needed by the body.

Spicy Dried Radish

1. Soak the dried radishes in water for more than 3 hours.

2. Soak the soft dried radish and wash it several times to remove the dust and sand.

3. The seasoning and spices are well processed and all shredded.

4. Put oil in the wok, add the shredded green onion, ginger, garlic and chili and stir fry until fragrant.

5. Add the washed dried radish.

6. Stir fry, add salt, five-spice powder, dark soy sauce.

7. Just continue to stir well.

8. Super delicious.

Tips:

When the radish is dried, it will absorb some dust and sand, so it should be carefully cleaned up after soaking.
