Fried Fish Fillets

The purchased grass carp is sliced on its own. The slices are not cut with the first cut, and cut again with the second cut.

Add salt, chicken essence, ginger and cumin powder to the fish fillets.

Stir well.

Then add cornstarch and a little water.

Catch the fish fillets for about a minute.

The fish fillets are evenly coated with breadcrumbs.

Deep-fry fish fillets in a hot pan.

Fry on medium heat until the fish fillets are slightly golden.

Remove the fish fillets.
10.
After removing the fish fillets, turn to high heat until the oil temperature rises, and then re-fry the fish fillets until they are all golden brown.
