Fried Fish Tofu

Prepared fish tofu.

Heat up the wok and add oil. When the oil is 80 to 90% hot, add the fish tofu and fry slowly.

Fry until golden brown on both sides and remove the oil for control.
4.
Cucumber and ham slices. Lay out.
5.
Mix the prepared seasoning powder evenly and sprinkle it on top of the fish tofu.
