Fried Foie Gras with Onion Leaves

Ingredients: cooked foie gras.

Onion leaves.

Wash the onion leaves.

Put it on the chopping board and cut it.

Pour oil in a saucepan to heat up, add onion leaves and stir fry until broken.

Next, add the cooked foie gras and stir fry.

Then, add some salt and light soy sauce.
8.
Stir-fry well and serve.
