Fried Radish with Foie Gras

1. Ingredients: radish

2. Cooked foie gras

3. Garlic

4. Wash the radishes.

5. Cut into slices on the chopping board.

6. Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the radish and stir fry.

7. Next, add some water to a boil and cook until the radishes are cooked and soft.

8. Then, combine the cooked foie gras and garlic and stir fry.

9. Finally, add some salt and light soy sauce.

10. Stir-fry well and serve.
