Stir-fried Cauliflower with Foie Gras in Rape

Ingredients: Brassica napus.

Cauliflower.

Cooked foie gras.

Break the cauliflower into small flowers and wash, remove and set aside.

Wash and remove the rapeseed.

Cut it with scissors and set aside.
