Fried Fragrant Barracuda and Roasted Papaya.
1.
Use a health-preserving pot to heat up the heat and add oil. After the oil is boiled, put the pepper and shallots in the pot. (You can use some more ginger! No more at home.)
2.
Put in the decapitated, gutted, and washed fragrant barracuda, fry for a while, add appropriate amount of water, salt, monosodium glutamate, soy sauce, pepper, aniseed and simmer over medium heat.
3.
Prepare half of the cornmeal and half of the wheatmeal. After adding water, add soda and mix evenly with 4 eggs.
4.
Add edible oil to spread, use a spoon to scoop an appropriate amount of flour into an electric baking pan.
5.
During frying, add a small amount of cooking oil. When the bottom becomes yellow, use a wooden spatula to turn it over. Flip back and forth twice. Very soft and fragrant.
6.
After half an hour, if there is not much water, you can unplug the power supply. You can enjoy the food after 5 minutes 😍
