Fried Fried Shrimp

1. ·Ingredients·

150g pineapple, 50g shrimp, 100g fried dough stick
20g water starch, 60g salad dressing
2g black sesame seeds, 1g salt, 1g black pepper

2. Cut the pineapple into small pieces for later use, then put it in salt water and soak for 5 minutes

3. Take the shrimp, smash it, and chop it into minced shrimp with the back of a knife

4. Add salt, starch, and pepper, and mix well

5. Cut the deep-fried dough stick into sections, and stuff the minced shrimp into the deep-fried dough stick

6. Heat the oil to 6-7 percent hot, and fry for 5 minutes on low heat
