Fried Glutinous Rice Crackers

Stir glutinous rice flour, flour, water, yeast, and sugar with chopsticks to form a thick paste. It is not easy to stir up the batter to fall down.

Ferment in a warm place.

Stir and exhaust the dough with a spoon.

Put oil in a small frying pan and put a spoonful of batter into it and spread it out.

Sprinkle a layer of black sesame on the surface of the cake, and change the position of the small pan constantly during frying, so that the bottom is evenly heated.

Turn over after the bottom is golden.

Fry until the golden cakes are cooked through on both sides. Front view.

Tips:
Use a low heat throughout the whole process, or change the position of the pot as needed to make the bottom heat more evenly.
