Fried Lamb with Onions

Frozen lamb rolls are taken out without thawing and used directly;

Use a meat cutter to cut thin slices; without such a machine, it is not difficult to manually cut thin slices with a sharp knife;

Shred the onions and carrots;

Pour a little oil in the wok, and stir-fry the carrots for one minute;

Pour the onion into the pot and stir fry for a minute, then pour out when it becomes slightly soft;

Pour oil in the pan, heat the pan with cool oil, pour the thawed and softened lamb slices into the pan, and quickly scatter;

After most of the color changes, it turns into a big fire;

After the mutton has all changed color, pour the carrots and onions that have been fried in advance into the pan, quickly sprinkle salt, pour soy sauce, and stir-fry evenly out of the pan.
Tips:
1. The lamb can be easily cut into thin slices after freezing, or it can be replaced with ready-made hotpot lamb slices;
2. Onions and carrots can be replaced by green onions, coriander, green garlic and other strong vegetables;
3. In addition to salt and soy sauce, you can also add cumin seeds or powder according to your taste to have a unique flavor.
