Fried Leek with Small River Prawns

Wash the small river prawns, add salt, cooking wine, and corn starch, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes

Wash the leek and cut into small sections

Tips:
1. It is best to choose live small river prawns. The shrimps should not be too large, otherwise the shrimps will have to poke their mouths and affect the taste

3. After adding the leeks, be sure to stir-fry them quickly on high heat, and start the pot when they are broken, so as to maintain the crispy and tender taste of the leeks
